INTP is pretty much the most boring personality type in the world. They are not trying to be boring. They are just naturally that way. They have no idea what to do with themselves, so they just kind of sit around and think a lot and look at the world with analytical eyes. Their emotion is usually not even captured by the SJ (seeing-Intuitive) in the hexagonal model, and is really the opposite of their brother the NT (see-Intuitive). We INTP’s have a reputation for being kind of super-deep and all that, but it’s just true. We’re just so cool that nobody cares.
So, how does any of this relate to a guy like Jeb Bush? Easy:
INTP = Jeb Bush.
Jeb Bush is an INTP who likes to put on a show. He knows how to play the political game, and he’d rather just play the game than actually make a new or interesting policy, or maybe even just talk about policy at all. He’s been doing it for decades.
