I’ve never been entirely clear on this myself, but I think it’s a pretty good definition:
Personality is a set of characteristics that make humans unique from other members of the species.
In other words, personality is a list of things that make you different from other people. It’s a product of your upbringing, your environment, and a whole host of other factors.
And while some of these differences might be very small, they add up to a whole lot.
