I've seen some people try to define a Glep as following this or that personality type, but that's not entirely accurate. Just like an INTP doesn't fit the mold of the ISTP (who is more of a naturally assertive, "in charge" type), a Glep doesn't fit the mold of the ENTJ (who is more naturally decisive and clear-headed than a Glep).
