Tomoyasu Chikazoku “Skeptic” personality type is INTP, which is highly likely to be the case, but very little is known about his past. The only known information of his past comes through his interactions with others, and even then it is very vague. This is because he shows little emotions towards others, and he rarely reveals anything personal about himself. He constantly tells others that they are wrong about something, and often says that he has no opinion of his own. If he does reveal something personal, it is generally very vague, or not entirely correct. He is constantly attentive to data, and constantly shows an interest in the world around him. This interest is not limited to the world around him, though. He constantly thinks of how the world around him could be improved, and almost constantly comes up with ideas for how he could improve things.
It is not known exactly what the Skeptic personality type is like on a personal level. He doesn’t seem to have any friends, not even an acquaintance. His interactions with others are generally very awkward, even if he does change his opinion of them. It seems that he has some sort of fascination with the world around him, though this may just be a habit that he has always had.
Tomoyasu is a steadfast believer in the ideology of the Meta Liberation Army: that human beings have a right to use their Quirks whenever and however they want. He is completely loyal to the Grand Commander, Re-Destro.
He is extremely perfectionistic and arrogant, and becomes irritated when people can't figure things out immediately from minimal details without an explanation. He doesn't seem to realize that this is an unreasonable expectation. In battle, Tomoyasu is a ruthless and calculating opponent who is not above using psychological warfare and torture.
He loses his usual logical, rational behavior and shows a more maniacal side of his personality when faced with the possibility of failure, which he seems to fear greatly.
