Fiona personality type is ESTJ, which is the leader of the pack. She is very efficient and loyal, but not creative. She comes up with a plan, and gets it done. She is creative, but she doesn’t have the touch of an artist or craftsman. She has a lot of discipline, but she has a lot of intuition, too. It’s not that she doesn’t have her creative instincts. She just doesn’t have the talent to express them. Fiona is the type who keeps to the plan, but she’s also creative. She’s efficient, but she has this creative spark in her that she uses to come up with new ways to do things.
I think Fiona’s whole life is based on routine. She keeps to a routine which means she’s predictable. When she was in school, she did the same thing every day. She did the same homework every night. That’s her creative spark. That’s her creative ability because it comes out in her creative designs for clothes and things like that. But it’s not something she can put out in the world. She keeps it to herself.
