Rather than giving you the answer, here’s the thing about the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI): it’s not a test. It’s an instrument for understanding human behaviour.

The MBTI is based on Jung’s theory of psychological type; it is not about the four letters of the alphabet. It’s not about “being” or “acting” like one type or another.

It’s about what Jung called “functioning”, which determines what each type is good at.

For example, I am an ENFP (Extraverted Intuitive Feeling Perceiving) type. That means that I am good at making connections, engaging with the world around me, and feeling things deeply. It means I see the world in intuitive ways.

So the things I do are often not “strictly” ENFP, but rather “functions” of my type. So you could say that my ENFP type is “functions-oriented”.

Francisco Javier Cuesta Ramos, better known as Frank Cuesta, Jungle Frank or Wild Frank; is a Spanish adventurer, wildlife vet and a television presenter, who has lived all around the world. For the past 20 years, he has been fighting illegal animal trafficking and animal abuse in Southeast Asia. In 2019, after infiltrating into bear farms in Vietnam as a veterinarian, he showed the world the dramatic images of how bears were abused daily, to extract their bile for traditional alternative medicines and other curatives with no scientifically proven value. This report then pushed the Vietnamese Government to make an official statement where they promised to abort these activities. He presented his first TV Show es:Frank de la jungla which was broadcast on Cuatro from 2010 to 2013. It received the Premio Ondas award on 8 November 2011 in the national TV category. The show brought him international fame along with the spin-off shows called es:La Selva en Casa and es:Natural Frank.
