Ukiyo-e personality type is ISFP, and I think it's correct. But if you want to be a little less generic and more specific, the "hikikomori" type is actually ESFJ.
The hikikomori personality type is actually a more specific subset of ISFJ (Introversion, Sensing, Feeling, Judging), but ISFJs are more common overall.
These aren't the only types of hikikomori, or even the most common ones, but they're the most prominent.
Urban Dictionary has a number of different types of hikikomori:
hikikomori (n.) – A person who isolates themselves from society and refuses to leave their house or apartment for years at a time. "He's been stuck in his room for years and refuses to leave the house." –Source: Urban Dictionary
