Ukiyo-e personality type is ISFP, and I think it's correct. But if you want to be a little less generic and more specific, the "hikikomori" type is actually ESFJ.
The hikikomori personality type is actually a more specific subset of ISFJ (Introversion, Sensing, Feeling, Judging), but ISFJs are more common overall.
