Ravio personality type is INTP, which is similar to me, and we can relate. He can be a bit stubborn and we do have different views of things, but that’s what makes our relationship work.
How did you learn to manage your anxiety?
I had anxiety before I met my husband, but I’ve learned how to manage it. I used to get very anxious before I got married, but since I’ve been married, I’ve learned to control it and not let it get the best of me.
What advice would you give people who struggle with anxiety?
I would tell people with anxiety to learn how it affects you and what makes the symptoms come on. Don’t let it get the best of you because it’s just a part of your life. It makes sense when you think about it, but if you don’t think about it then it won’t affect you. If you have anxiety, just take a few minutes and write down what makes you anxious and what causes your symptoms. If you think about it, it will help you figure out a way to deal with your symptoms so they don’t affect you so much.
