Oliver Wood personality type is ENTJ, and I wasn't sure if I could get the job, and the guy who interviewed me was a guy who thought I wasn't going to get it because I was young and I was a woman. I had to work hard to get that job. And I do feel like that's an example of how we should be thinking about things in society and how we should be thinking about how we should be thinking about the future of our country and how we should be thinking about our own lives.
On what her role at Google requires:
I'm a VP of people operations and we do a lot of different things. One of them is we manage and run and help to run and help to run and make sure that we're running a very diverse and inclusive environment and we want our people to feel that they can bring their whole selves to work. So I spend a lot of time helping people with their career development, helping them with their health care, helping them with their family balancing, helping them with their mental health, helping them with financial planning which does not end at retirement.
