Yaya personality type is ESFJ, which means he's a Caregiver by nature. He's a very warm and caring person with a good sense of humor and a strong desire to be liked. His transition from the military to civilian life was a big change for him, as he now had to deal with "regular" problems.
In the military, he was able to focus entirely on his job as a medic, as well as completing his work as a soldier. In the civilian world, he had to deal with so many different things that weren't related to his career. For example, he had to learn to drive a car, handle finances, etc. He still likes to give advice to new recruits, but they're a lot more accepting of it now that he's a civilian himself.
