    ENFJ (7w6)

Fred Sirieix personality type is ESFJ, or the “Extroverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging” type. ESFJs are warm, approachable, and helpful people, but they’re also decisive, attentive to detail, and driven to succeed. They make excellent managers and leaders, and they’re often called upon to take care of others.

In contrast to the ISFJ personality type, the ESFJ personality type is a true “people pleaser.” ESFJs seek to help others by being available, kind, and generous. It’s not just that they have a big heart; it’s that they have a big personality.

As a result ESFJs are always seeking the approval of others. They want to do a good job so they can be recognized as a nice person. In fact, ESFJs have a major problem with being called selfish. They think they’re being selfless when they give of themselves to those they care about.

Unfortunately ESFJs often assume that everything is about them. They assume that people are judging them or hoping for their approval. They assume that people want to hear their opinions.
