Geoffrey Zakarian personality type is ENFJ, and he has a 4-star rating on the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, which is what I am basing my rating on.
I really like the book and the ideas presented. I don't think I'd use this book for a whole lot of training, but the tools and concepts are very good and I really like the idea of getting a high-level overview of how different personalities function and how they can be trained and modified. I did get a bit lost in the Star Trek terminology and the discussion of Star Trek, but I figured it out.
I do think this is a great book for anyone who is interested in pursuing their career in the food industry, and I think it would be excellent for anyone who wants to work in a restaurant or any other food-related business.

He is featured on several television programs on the Food Network, including Chopped and in 2011, The Next Iron Chef, where he won the right to join Iron Chef America.
