Curiously, only one of the above factions appears to be part of the main story. The Valku and Syvyr are both antagonistic groups which you will have to fight against at various points in the game. The Rashanu and Rhean are also mentioned as enemies, but you only see them briefly in cutscenes. You will have to fight against the Valku and Syvyr in the game, but you never see them actually fighting.
