Petra was a top agent in the Secret Service, a former beauty queen, and a graduate of Lee University, a women's college in Cleveland, Tennessee. Her career in the Secret Service was a successful one, advancing her to the rank of Federal Agent. She was one of the few agents in the Secret Service with a personal firearm, which she carried on hand at all times.
She came to Washington to work with her mentor, Frank Doebbler, who was a member of the D.C. Task Force. Doebbler was an expert in psychological warfare, and was put in charge of an operation that would eventually take down the assassin group known as the Freemen.
