Jung proposed that there are four cognitive functions, represented by four basic personality types. These four types are: Extraversion (E), Introversion (I), Sensing (S), and Intuition (N). Introversion corresponds to the Myers-Briggs personality type called "I" for introvert, and Sensing corresponds to the Myers-Briggs personality type called "S" for sensing.
