They have a very realistic outlook on life, and will think things through before doing them. This can sometimes be a bad thing, as they can sometimes be very stubborn and set in their ways. However, this also tends to make them good leaders, as they are far more willing to change their opinions than most other types.
ESTJs are often the hardest working of the 16 types, as they simply want to achieve their goals as soon as possible.
