They know how to teach and how to manage individuals who have different personalities and temperaments. They have a good sense of people and they know how to keep everyone together and moving forward. They have a great sense of how to get others around them to do their jobs as well as how to make sure their own job gets done. They know the value of hard work and how to motivate people to do their jobs well.
At times, it’s hard for me personally to see the value of ISTJ officers. I’m not saying that they can’t be great officers, but they don’t strike me as ideal for police officers.
