Kagain personality type is ESTJ, the type associated with the letter T. As it happens, I am an ESTJ. I was surprised to discover this, because I did not think I was one of those people. I am fond of organization and like things well-defined, organized, dependable, and orderly. In my early years, this sometimes caused me to be a little too correct and formal in my speech and behavior. I would say things like “if you don’t know the answer, at least say so”. This was a result of my high school teachers trying to teach me how to negotiate and compromise by being “politically correct”.
When I read the description of ESTJ on the MBTI website I felt a little upset because it seemed as if I was being labeled as a “bad” person. This made me wonder if I have a hidden psychopathic or anti-social personality. After much thought, I decided to revisit my childhood and review the events of my life to see if there was any truth to that thought. Here is what I discovered:
