I'll tell you what: I think we need to get rid of the negative connotation around introversion and start to embrace it and understand it. Because we're all introverts; we all have our quiet moments. We all need our alone time. We all need to recharge. We all need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world and recharge, and that's why we call that time alone.
And you know what? When we get into that quiet time alone, we get into the zone, and we get more creative than we ever could be in a noisy environment. So I love to talk about introversion and extroversion.
