Jesiba Roga personality type is ESTJ, but as a child I was ESTP. I had always wanted to be an engineer, and so I focused on that while exploring other interests and hobbies. I took my first programming class when I was 10, but it was not until I was in college that I started taking things more seriously. After college I worked at various software companies, where I wrote programs for the web, but then in 2005, I decided that it was time to start my own company.
I ended up co-founding a company that makes a software product called “Fluent” which is used to teach French and German to English speakers (click here to learn more). Fluent has been my work since 2005 and I have never looked back. The Fluent team has grown from two founders to 13 employees. We have been able to grow from a four person team to a seven person team with an office in the heart of downtown San Francisco.
I am currently the Chief Marketing Officer for Fluent, and I am the founder of Fluentify, a tool that allows you to input a word or phrase and Fluent will translate it into the desired language.
