Dark Laser personality type is ENTJ, but I could also see a mix of other functions. In my own case, I have a strong preference for the sensing function, and I have a strong preference for the perceiving function. This means that when people who have the same type as me tell me that I'm pretty much like them, I can't really tell if I agree or not. Most of the time, I'll end up agreeing with them, because we're basically thinking the same thing. When I'm in a conversation, this is the most likely outcome.
My theory about this is that we all have two functions (the four types are ENTJ, ENTJ, ENTJ, and ENTJ). One of these functions is dominant (in my case, dominant is thinking), and one of these functions is auxiliary (in my case, sensing). When we're young, we learn how to use the dominant function to express ourselves in the world and in our interactions with others. As we grow and mature, we learn how to use our auxiliary function in our social interactions. The type we display when we're young is the type we're most comfortable using when we're older.
