Eobard Thawne "Zoom" personality type is ENTJ, so the only thing I can think of is that he's a Cisco fanboy. If so, I don't blame him. The guy has an incredible gift for tech and he has a natural amazing ability to manipulate people with tech, though he might have some issues with how people react to his tech (he's adapted his tech accordingly and he's not a complete sociopath).

2. Zoom/Cisco will probably appear at the end of Flashpoint and the beginning of the Flash movie.
During Flashpoint, Barry Allen lost his memories and Cisco Ramon was murdered by Reverse-Flash (Wally West) and the world was completely wiped out due to a massive cataclysm. At the end of Flashpoint, Barry was on the run for his life and he was hiding in the American west. He was captured by a group of criminals and turned into a killer who hunted people down and killed them, but he was eventually freed by Wally West. At the end of Flashpoint, both Barry and Wally have lost their memories, but it seems that they'll eventually regain them in time for the movie.
