ESTJs can be very good at convincing others to stay loyal to them for many years, as long as they show that they truly care about the people who work for them.
Unfortunately, ESTJs can also be very stubborn and stuck in their ways. They can refuse to hear other perspectives or learn from new experiences unless they are presented to them in a certain manner. They can also be very skeptical and afraid to take risks, because they are afraid of failure and embarrassment.
