But those traits can be a little bit too nice at times, and I think that’s kind of where the problem might stem from. A lot of people that are ENFJ, especially in the U.S., a lot of them tend to be a little bit too nice. They’re really nice people, but maybe not as skilled as their peers.
That’s where the issue is, and that’s where the problem starts, because they’re too nice, and they’re lacking a little bit of self-confidence. They don’t have the confidence to express themselves, which is why they’re always trying to please everybody else. They’re trying to do everything for everybody else, and that’s a shame because that’s not the way to go about things. You have to be confident in yourself and your abilities, and know that everything you do is going to be okay.
