Fukurou (梟, Fukurou) is an experienced gambler who specializes in poker. He loves playing poker. He is also very passionate about Kakerou and wants to make sure it continues to thrive.
When Fukurou was six years old, he offered his life in a gamble just for a bowl of rice. This event made him realize he wanted to become a gambler. He eventually became a Kakerou member, but relinquished his membership. He also decided to burn his face, to help with gambling.
