The ESTJ is probably the most naturally trustworthy of all the types, and when you add in their intense desire for security and stability, it makes them one of the most peaceful and easygoing individuals to deal with. This is not to say that the ESTJ cannot be stubborn and inflexible, but they are so naturally trusting that they are unlikely to get caught up in petty jealousy or suspicion.
The ESTJ takes their commitments very seriously, which makes them naturally reliable and trustworthy, but they can also be very inflexible in their thinking. Their inflexibility stems from their high beliefs of what is right and wrong, which makes them great at coming up with plans of action, but they may also be too rigid in following through on them. While the ESTJ knows what is right and wrong, they are not always able to apply that knowledge to their own behavior. This is one of the main reasons that the ESTJ can be inflexible in their thinking.
