Hagyuu hibiki personality type is ENTJ, a leader and a military man. He is the main antagonist in the game. He is the only character who wasn't killed by Hanzo at the end of chapter 1. He is not a member of the Shinsengumi but he was the one who ordered them to attack the Shinsengumi. He was the one who sent his subordinates to attack the Shinsengumi. He was the one to order the Japanese government to deport all foreign nationals. He was a grand strategist who planned every movement and battle strategy. He also created the Hidetada and Kondo terrorists.
In the manga, he is an ENTP. However, he is an ENFJ in the anime. In the anime, he is an ENTJ, not ENTP. He's also the only antagonist of the series who doesn't die (has lived on in some form). The manga has him as an ENTP while the anime has him as an ENFJ.
In the anime, he has a strong connection with Kondo, who looks up to him as a father figure. He even goes as far to say that he will die for Kondo if he asks for it.
