It's like a statement from a real person. And it's just like that. It's real. It's raw.
The process is hard, but the end result is incredible. You live out your life with new perspective. You get to see how other people live. You get to see how different people approach the same life situations differently. You get to learn how people make decisions and how they think about things. It's a process, but all of that learning makes you feel better about yourself.
