Jaraxxus personality type is ESTJ, but they are also stereotypically known to be very cold and distant, which is why we see the players we see in the Hunter matchup.
When we look at the deck lists, we can see that these personalities generally find a use for the deck. But what we don't see here is any decks that deviate from the standard "Big, Aggressive, Zoo" builds. They use their win conditions to win the game, and they generally only need two or three cards to get it done. This is why we can see Aggro Druid, Control Warrior and Midrange Paladin showing up over and over again.
So what does this mean? Hunter is a deck that can be built in a variety of different ways. Yet we see it being built in very similar ways by very different personalities. This means it requires a high degree of consistency and an understanding of the meta. It also means it is a deck that must be tuned for each individual player and their particular play style and preferences.
All this means is that Hunter decks are very situational; it is not a very proactive deck by any stretch of the imagination, but it does require a lot of intelligence and skill to pilot well.
