For example, I think about a situation and then I figure out how I want to handle it. There is a certain decision making process I go through as I try to decide what course of action to take. I may sometimes consider other alternatives, but they are rejected because they don’t fit in with my plan.
For example, I know that making a will is one of the things that I need to do. However, I have never made a will and don’t know if I will ever have the time or motivation to do this. It seems like something that I should do, so I would like to do it, but it’s not something that I feel like doing right now. I have already decided on the course of action that I will take. In this instance, my personality type is INTP, because I am able to make decisions based on logic. If a situation has too many variables, then INTPs may not know what to do.
