I'd like to say that I'm glad I got to be a part of this experiment if only because I've been thinking about it a lot, but I'm really not. I stopped using my real name a long time ago after people actually started using it to identify me and it was definitely not my idea to have my name attached to this experiment in the first place. My name is not "Rita" and if I had wanted to have it associated with it, I would have gone with that. So yeah, I'm not happy about it. But at the same time, I'm glad that I was a part of it. It's a pretty cool experiment and a pretty cool project, just the way I am.
I don't feel like I'm a "Rita" for the sake of being a "Rita", but rather because I am who I am. If it were up to me, my name would be "Rita" and I'd still be called "Rita" around the internet.
