They are sometimes called "perpetual planners" or "master organizers" because they are always trying to figure out a way to make the "best" thing happen in their lives.
They are often very loyal and responsible people and tend to be bossy and a bit territorial. They have strong willpower and determination and can be very good at accomplishing goals and setting tasks for themselves.
ESTJs also tend to be very intelligent. They are good at solving problems and helping others, though not as much as INTPs in my opinion. They like to be in charge of their own lives and like to organize things for themselves. They are often very hard workers and look for opportunities to succeed and impress others.
