I thought I would share some of my own observations about personality type, ISTJ, and ENFP.
Generally speaking, I am of the opinion that ENFPs are among the most mentally healthy types. They are not as mentally healthy as some others, but they are very healthy in comparison to others. For example, the ENFJ personality type is very mentally healthy, and the INFP personality type is a little less mentally healthy than the ENFP personality type. I think that ISTJs are generally mentally unhealthy people – and I’m not talking about IQ or intellectual health. I’m talking about their lifestyle.
