Marcus personality type is ESTJ, and I do enjoy the feeling of being in charge and taking charge of others, but it’s a bit like being a parent. As an ESTJ, I enjoy getting my way and helping others to get theirs.
My type is a bit more extroverted than my mother. I have a lot of energy, but I’m also pretty reserved. When I do talk, it’s usually about things like work or my children. It can be a little difficult to get me to open up to others. When I do open up, though, I can be very honest and sincere.
My mom is definitely a big influence on me. I really like being organized and making lists. My mother is very organized and I could never be around her without making a list of things to do. She’s also very organized and very good at delegating tasks.
I admire my mom for her ability to balance work and home life, and for the fact that she has been able to stay close to her family. My dad has moved several times in the last 30 years, so I assume he never felt as close to his parents as he does now that he has our mom in his life.
