Kirsten Dunst personality type is ISFJ, or Introverted, Sensing, Feeling, Judging. That's the type that's good at putting together systems, structures, schedules, structures, structures. It's the type that needs to get things done. It's the type that isn't good at connecting with others, particularly when they're dealing with conflict.

And so it's the type that's sometimes accused of being "anti-social." You know, "She/he is so anti-social!" Well, no. I'm not anti-social. I have friends. I have people in my life. I have conversations with them! And if they're on my team, then I'm on their team. If they're not on my team, then I'm not on their team.

As far as being anti-social goes, I have pretty much lived my life in public, where I have to be social with people in order to get what I want. I've had to make decisions about what it is I want, and how I'm going to go about getting it. And I've had to make sure that I'm not stepping on any toes or making any enemies, in order to get what I want.
