Dayanne Feitoza personality type is ESFP, however in my opinion ESFJ would be more accurate. I was told ESFP was the more common type for educators. For example, it's not uncommon for an ESFP to be a social butterfly in college and then become an introverted teacher in their careers.
I think this is the case with Dana and her teacher. She has mentioned so many times how she's not an introvert and doesn't totally click with her introverted teacher.
I do believe that personality type is an important factor in how we learn and how we process information. In fact, I wrote about that in class. I think it's important for educators to understand how we process information so that we can use that knowledge to help us in our teaching and learning.
I also think personality types are important because they show us something about our personality. We can dig deeper into what the reasoning is behind our personality type. For example, if we're an ENFP or INFP, or a Ne/Ti, or Se/Fi, it can tell us something about our personality.
