They are often very disciplined and very serious in their work. They are practical and do their job to the best of their ability. They are very good at what they do.
ESTJs tend to be reserved and have a very hard time making friends. They focus on the task at hand and what needs to get done and will turn off if a conversation drags on for too long or if they are asked too many questions. They can be very critical of others and their ideas and opinions. They are not good at showing their emotions and may seem distant at times, but they will not leave you in the dust.
