Explosion personality type is ENTP, but it is not necessarily the case that all ENTPs are Explosion characters. It is rather that people with the Explosion personality type are more likely to use the Explosion strategy than the other strategies. This means that the Explosion character is likely to be the one who makes a big deal out of everything, who overstates things and who is always making dramatic speeches. The Excitable personality type is like that too and so is the Angry personality type. But the difference is that the Angry personality type does not use the Explosion strategy. While the Angry person may start off by going on a tirade, by the end of it they have realised that it would be better to be calm. This means that the Angry person is unlikely to do the same thing over and over again.
One of the most difficult things about being an ENTP is how often they change their mind. This is because they are constantly probing their own viewpoint and they are constantly challenging their own assumptions. In fact, they do not even know what their own viewpoint actually is until they have considered all the arguments for and against it. When they have considered all the arguments, they realise that these arguments are actually not as convincing as they had thought.
