Feral mind personality type is ESTJ, where I am an ESTJ.
I'm not a typical ESTJ, though. I wouldn't mind the term's reputation of being robotic, controlling, and unwilling to deviate from the path of their life's mission. Instead, I'm more of a rebel, and I don't think my type is all that bad.
I was in charge of a project, a project that was led by junior staff and required everyone to put in a lot of effort. The project was something that needed a team approach and required everyone to be on board to ensure it was successful. Unfortunately, there were a few people who didn't seem to be on board with that approach and tried to take advantage of the company's resources to do their own thing instead.
My role was to try to make sure that everyone was on board with the project, and to work with those who weren't. It felt like everyone was ignoring me and not paying attention to my requests or direction. They were just trying to do their own thing, even though I had already made it clear that I didn't want it to happen.
