ESTJs are the people who are in charge of everything and they are the ones who do not give up. They are not afraid to initiate and make things happen.
They make sure that people can follow orders and that the work gets done the way it was intended. ESTJs are good at leading, but they also have good leadership abilities. They are leaders who are sure that people will follow their orders and that nothing will go wrong.
They go for the highest and most effective way to do things, yet they also know that when it comes to making decisions, others have to choose from what they have to offer. ESTJs are good at making decisions, but they are not often found as inventors or creators.
They like to know what is going on and how things work, so they take control of all the information. They can easily remember everything and they always know what is going on. They are not afraid to make decisions with everyone, even if they are not the best decision makers in the world at times.
