Yato (Goblin) personality type is INTP, and takes the form of a muscular, attractive man with a long, black beard and piercing golden eyes. He is a very intelligent, cunning and stoic man who is not at all interested in the petty politics that his tribe engages in, instead preferring to focus on his position in the tribe as the most powerful and respected warrior. His intelligence and insight into human nature gives him a somewhat detached view of the world and its people. However, when faced with actual battle, he becomes a highly effective combatant, displaying a degree of skill that is equal to or even surpasses his brother, Enshou.
Yato also displays a weakness for alcohol (which he can consume quite readily) that seems to have become a habit. This habit causes him to become extremely irritable and even violent when he is drunk, going so far as to lash out at his comrades for small things or even take the blame for their mistakes. He does not appear to have a very good relationship with Yayoi due to her being an extremely attractive woman that attracts men despite having her own serious flaws which Yato does not appear to find appealing.
