Top strength: My ability to be organized. I am a very practical person and I love to organize things. In my head, everything needs to be in order and I should have a clear vision of what needs to be done. Even if I have no idea how to do it, I will make it happen!
What is your biggest challenge at work?
My biggest challenge at the office is my lack of social skills. It is very hard for me to talk and make new friends, because I am not very good at communicating with people and I prefer to keep my distance with others. That might be a part of my ESTJ “Thinker” side, because I want to keep my own space, but I also want to connect with other people. I just can’t seem to get it right!
