In the anime, this character is a young girl who obeys her father’s wishes and trains to become a Meister, a combat-specialized wizard. As a child, she was taught how to use magic by her father, but he soon leaves for another world, leaving her mother to raise her. The mother dies as a result of her husband’s death and her daughter is left in the care of her uncle. She is raised in the same manner as she was by her mother, under the belief that she is worthless. However, she begins to train with magic and discovers that she is an Enneagram type of 1, in the yellow heart direction. She is the only character in all of Soul Eater who has the yellow heart personality type.
2. In the anime, this character is an old man who was once a powerful wizard who was imprisoned by his son. He was released after his son became a Death Scythe due to being a low-level wizard. He becomes a mentor to the Meister in order to aid his son in his quest to become a Death Scythe.
