    Jotunn
    ENTJ

    ENTJ (8w7)

Jotunn personality type is ENTJ, however the majority of the actual Jotnar are ENFJ, which is the least common of all the types. Both types are considered extroverts, but ENTJs tend to be more emotionally reserved (sometimes to the point of seeming cold) while ENFJs are more socially outgoing. They are both very dominant in their interactions, however ENTJs are often more secretive and less communicative than ENFJs.

The Jotunn are more often found in the northern area of Niflheim (the core of the underworld) while the Jotunheim (heaven) is mostly populated by Vanir (Gods of light and life).

The Jotnar were driven out of Niflheim by the Aesir, led by Odin, and settled in Jotunheim, a vast mountainous region that is where most of the Jotunn live.

Jotunheim is also where the Jotunheim Warriors live, a group of Jotunborgers who have been driven to a near-death state by combat training.

In Norse mythology, a jötunn or, in the normalised scholarly spelling of Old Norse, jǫtunn is a type of entity contrasted with gods and other non-human figures, such as dwarfs and elves. The entities are themselves ambiguously defined, variously referred to by several other terms, including risi, thurs and troll. The jötnar predominantly dwell in Jötunheimr, however they are sometimes referred to as living in specific geographical locations such as Ægir on Læsø. Although the term giant is sometimes used to gloss the word jötunn and its apparent synonyms in some translations and academic texts, jötnar are not necessarily notably large and may be described as exceedingly beautiful or as alarmingly grotesque. Some deities, such as Skaði and Gerðr, who are married to Njörðr and Freyr respectively, are themselves described as jötnar. Reference to Skaði's vés in Lokasenna and toponyms such as Skedevi in Sweden suggests that despite being a jötunn, Skaði was worshipped in Old Norse religion.
