Kang Tae Mu personality type is ENTJ, which is why he's such a natural leader and great at getting things done. He's a very ambitious and driven individual, so it's no surprise that he's so persistent in the military.
His great leadership skills have been put to good use for his childhood group, the group that he started up and lead. He's been doing this for so long that he knows how to get his team to work well together, especially considering how different they all are. He's a very charismatic leader, and he's always been able to keep his team in line, so they listen to him. He's also very able to ensure that everyone is doing their best, which is why he has such a great team.
That doesn't mean that everything is perfect, though. Tae Mu has had his fair share of conflict with his colleagues and superiors, especially because they tend to underestimate him and underestimate how much of a leader he really is. He's certainly not above showing them up if he feels that they're taking advantage of him. He's even been known to be openly disrespectful to his superiors at times, which can be a problem for him.
