Wendy personality type is ESTJ, which is one of the five classic personality types. ESTJs are the “stewards of the world.” They are the self-assured, practical, and responsible people who are calm and collected. They like to be in charge and, when they set their mind to something, they will do it. ESTJs think that life is a series of “to-do” lists with a deadline and they are always in charge of the list. They are always on time, they have all their important tasks organized in a schedule, and they have a clear understanding of what needs to be done. ESTJs thrive on order and structure and can be very boring to hang around with because they are so serious all the time. ESTJs are not afraid to speak their mind (even if they are wrong), but they know when to hold their tongue. ESTJs are more interested in following the rules and regulations than breaking them. They like to avoid conflict, because it is just too messy. ESTJs are loyal to their friends, but they do not like to be manipulated or taken advantage of. If someone tries to take advantage of them or manipulate them, then they will become angry, upset, or defensive.
