Raymond is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto Online, in The Contract update. Nothing is known well about Raymond's background. Raymond and his friend Eugene are seen waiting for Dr. Dre and his companions to finish their golf game, but after a while, he and Eugene both get angry and confront the group, causing Dre to get angry, and he tells Franklin Clinton, and the GTA Online Protagonist to chase the duo down, and teach them a lesson.
