Lucy Steele personality type is ESTJ, and I'd say it's definitely an ESTJ personality type.
Check out this video of her on The Tonight Show. It's pretty accurate, although she comes off a bit snarky and dismissive, which is probably not the best way to come off. But the general gist is correct.
