Michael McGlynn personality type is INTP, but I think he is more like an INFP. So, like a lot of INTP's, he is fussy about how he is represented.
With the current climate of political correctness, I've never seen him so furious and angry. He gets up in the morning and can't get out of bed. He's like a tiny little kid. He runs in circles and says "I'm a little kid! I can't get out of bed."
But he's a really great guy. He's funny. He's clever. And he's also very interested in other people. He tries to connect, but he's not good at it. That doesn't stop him from trying. And he loves his work. I think that's why he works so hard. He likes to think of himself as a "rock star," but he's more like a "rock bottom."
When he comes in, we take him to the back room, and I give him a bunch of stuff to do. He has to write this scene where they're looking at the moon, and I want him to see how many times he can take the camera out of focus.
Michael McGlynn (born 11 May 1964) is an Irish composer, producer and director. He is the founder and artistic director of ANÚNA of Riverdance fame, and lives in Dublin, Ireland.
